I appreciate how this book shifts the conversation around AI from tools and productivity to something much deeper and how we actually think as humans. It encourages to reflect on how relying on AI changes memory, reasoning, and even identity in subtle but important ways. I got this audiobook because I’ve been thinking a lot about how much AI has become part of my everyday life. At first, I thought this would just be another tech book, but it actually surprised me.
