Great advice for migraines
I've had a few migraines over the years, but it's not a major problem for me. My wife, however, gets them at least once a month. I was very interested in what advice this book would hold. There is a ton of information in here, and I had my wife listen with me. She's pretty excited to try some of the tips the next time she gets a migraine.
