I am blessed to have had the pleasure to feast on this anointed book appointed by God! This book has touched home with me on so many different levels. This book has tastes that will suit every palate, tastes that will linger long in one’s soul! I appreciate that there is bible scriptures for every appetizer we indulge in. This book will definitely help you understand why it is so important to spend more time in God’s Word and less time snacking on things like TV, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Neely, this is just what I needed to get back to the basics to recharge my hungered soul. I now clearly understand how a well-ordered life is the fruit of a well-ordered mind. God has truly blessed you Neely! Besides the Bible, this is one of the most profound books that I have ever read.

This is a peaceful meditation that brings you into the spirit to pray. It would be an excellent book to listen to while you journal your thoughts and concentrate on the word.

An appetizing and quite filling snack!

Neely, thank you! This very open and candid piece truly touched and satisfied my soul! I appreciate that each chapter began with a Bible reference and continued with a relatable narrative in support of that verse. I have faced some of the same struggles noted in this book, as I am sure many young Christians do throughout their lives. Neely's words remind us that it is human to reach dark places, BUT it is through our relationship with Christ that we are able to see our way out. This book also calls all Christians to action. We are charged with more than just living and proclaiming our Christianity. We must put in the work and CHOOSE to live our lives as Christ directed us to. This is a great reference piece that I certainly see myself returning to often for encouragement. I urge all those that thirst for the Lord and those that desire a change in their lives to simply listen. That is all it takes to begin the work! I pray peace and many blessings to those that seek God!

From beginning to end, each chapter was like spoon feed portions of truth and wisdom. I was amazed at how her story was so much similar to mine. in this book you will find faith in a forgotten place and I hope it resonates with you as it did with me. Terrell balances personal stories and scriptures to tie readers over until they get to the whole meal (the Bible). Her stories help the faithful along with their Christian walk. She shares herself in a deeply personal way that shows Christians still need help and aren't perfect. They are just trying to following Christ's path.
