This work wonderfully handles a very sensitive and sometimes less looked area in the maturing of teens especially those who are sensitive. Those the wonderful practices of mindfulness, the author shows in very practical ways how this can lead to greater output.
It is not only for teens and parents of teens with high sensitivities but for all as the cliche prevention is better than cure applies to all.
