Old friends

I have been reading the authors work since I was a teenager, I remember seeing them so differently, a view on a world and people I did not know, the difficulty I had initially with even reading and understanding. Now this is my first time with an audio book from Irvine Welsh and it has been a revelation. The book itself is beautiful, the audio book format and performance brings such an element to the story telling I am now going to revisit his other books where available to enjoy them this way.

I could not reccomend this enough, it was a joy, thank you.
