ITt was just okay
I may not be the best example of a book critic but this particular book just could not get my attention and it was pretty monotone and a lot of fancy words and really just not my cup of tea. I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that would like it.

Full of Wise Helpful Words
This is the first non-fictional audiobook that I've listened to, and it was a very pleasant surprise.
The narrator has a smooth, easy-to-listen-to voice and the author, skillfully navigates the realm of cognitive habits and the transformative power of re-framing our thoughts.
I have been interested in positive psychology for many years, this audiobook served as a compelling reminder of the profound impact positive thinking has had on my life and relationships and as a reminder of how worthwhile it is to make the effort to become the best version of ourselves by doing some 'positive brain surgery'.
I plan to continue listening to this book during my spring walks.
This audiobook is suitable for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life and of those around them.

Comprehensive
I thought that this was a good listen on audible. I recommend treating it like an online class while listening and taking notes. I don't recommend listening to this while you're doing something else. To get the most out of it you'll want to have a singular focus on this.

Nothing New
We would all live better lives if we thought more positively more of the time, so I thought this would be an insightful audiobook to listen to. The best part about it was the upbeat narrator. The book’s content itself felt recycled and did not have a hint of what thinking positively means to the author or how it has changed her life. So many books crowd the self-help space. To distinguish yourself, you need to share part of your story about your topic to make your book unique to you, a book that no one (or AI!) could write. Personally, too, I just love self-published books that share the author's path and what the topic meant to them, preferably in a conversational tone. This did not have that. If you've done any reading or listening about visualization, affirmations, gratitude, and the like, you will find nothing new here.
