Run into a lot of conflict? This can help

My favorite part was the section about empathy. It made me look at things in a way I've never looked at them before. As I look back at different arguments I've been in, I'm starting to kind of see things from the other person's point of view. I still don't think they were 100% right, but I can at least start to get where they are coming from. But I can totally see how being able to shift how I see things can help with resolving issues that come up.
