For the last 3 years, Marquez Robinson, the former head of the infamous 116th Street Crew has been sitting on Riker's Island. He's doing a 25 to-life sentence for murder.
Once he got locked up, his younger brother Drako shut down the illegal street operation and went into the nightclub industry. He's owns the hottest club in Harlem, Shakerz. And he's proved that he can get things popping without his older brother looking out for him.
Both of their lives are about to get flipped upside down.
Because of police misconduct during the investigation of his case, Marquez is about to walk free. He plans on getting right back into the game. His name is going to ring out on them Harlem streets like it did before he got locked up. He can't wait to team back up with his brother. Together, they're going to be unstoppable.
But Drako has other ideas. He's not interested in stepping back into his older brother's shadow. And he doesn't want any sort of illegal business in or around his club. He's done with that life.

I Mean…
It does have potential. I wasn’t going to listen initially due to the previous review, but I realized that there’s a part two for the book. The story is only two hour long, so it gives you some context, but it doesn’t give you everything in the end. Leaves you on a cliffhanger. So I’m bout to hop on book2 to see what’s happening. So far there’s drama, there is a storyline, but no spice yet..
