Humankind’s first mistake was the worst mistake in history.

Tom and Katie Preston wind up in the small town of Manchineel while driving up north with their three children for a much-needed family vacation in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The town is unlike any other they have seen in real life, photographs, or on screens -- a true paradise unrivaled in its natural beauty and pristine historic structures. Warm hospitality is followed by a lively supper with the church deacons and the town’s reverend discussing the town’s rich history.
