Got this for my Niece

So, I picked up this audiobook for my niece, who's been having a bit of a tough time with the whole making friends thing at school. It's been such a help! It's got everything from how to handle anxiety to making sure you're hanging out with the right crowd. It's super easy to follow. The narrator talks just like you would to a friend – no lecturing, just lots of good advice and real stories that my niece could totally relate to. She's been listening to it every night and I can already see the difference. She's more confident, and she's even started chatting with a couple of girls from her class. The book has also been a little toolkit for me to help understand and deal with all the emotional rollercoasters of being a teen.
