A leader is not necessarily someone who graces the cover of a national magazine. A leader is not necessarily the head of a corporation or even of a small business - though everyone working underneath that person hopes he or she is. A leader is a connector, a communicator, a coach, a problem-solver, a decision-maker, and a team-builder. And to be all of these, a leader must self-manage well.
This book, written by a leader in his own right, is not a devotional, though it has some of that flavor. It is also not another leadership book meant to be listened to only and set aside.
