It’s a great book however it tells us a lot of what other books teach us in the first three chapters it’s the same info I’m getting in other books.

A must read for understanding attachment styles

This book is quite lovely! Very understanding on how it discusses attachment styles in a none judgmental way.

I feel more empowered

I really like the ideas around approaching girls that don't set you up for rejection. Also, there's good ideas about being prepared and knowing what to say to help your meetings and dates to be more productive.
