Such a calming and centering look at pregnancy

Just what I needed. Amongst the important books that tell you all the horrible things that could go wrong, this focuses on centering yourself on what is going right and managing anxiety.

Excellent book during pregnancy

I listened to this book during the middle of my pregnancy. It was full of wonderful suggestions for connecting to my unborn child and for calming my worries about pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. I highly recommend it.

Mindful Helpful Awareness

this book definitely had great insight and suggestions during pregnancy. I used many different things Chopra suggested within the book. It also has many suggestions for partners involved with the pregnancy which was great. highly recommended

A really great read and listen. A nice book to help build a connection with your unborn baby

a great book if it was 1981. But vastly unequipped

I listen to the whole thing and took notes and collaborated with my partner on each chapter. It was exceptionally redundant rhetorical and long stretches between interesting points. There were even a few contradictions. I imagined this would have been a great book and number of decades ago. But a modern family has access to more accurate and efficient information and tools. I'm glad I read it but if I could do it again I would have chosen a more modern and accurate resource
