Story is great, but the virtual voice sucks

Great series. Kept my attention . Love the story line. I like how the series tangles with the other series as well.

It was well written with just the right amount of suspense and romance,blended to keep your attention.

Good family with strong faith

A good few books each one with a different family member going through a struggle and finding love. Hated the AI as the narrator really took away from the stories and characters.

Computer narrator miss

Story is okay but stilted. Most of the problem is computer generated narrative. Voice inflection is very inappropriate at times and killer’s MO is consistently pronounced as two letter word rather than letters. Can’t finish it.

AI so so

Not real sure about the AI reading had mis pronounced words and names and there were places that phrases were not clear also had skips in the story telling

Virtual voice is not for me

This book was in Plus catalog. The book is actually pretty good but the virtual voice is so boring I had a hard time finishing. I will not purchase a book narration by virtual voice. I’m disappointed with Audible. A few years back a nationally known writer had a book narrated by a person whose voice wasn’t up to the standard we expect in her books. That narrative was redone within a week by a more experienced reader. This is my opion for Audible only. I wanted you to know how this negates the listening experience. If you would like more information I will be glad to discuss.
