It’s bitter winter, and several of the world’s leading thriller writers have gathered for a memorial at a newly-constructed mountaintop getaway, which is owned by one of their own, who died suddenly and violently on that same mountain, a mountain that in winter, is only accessible by helicopter.It’s only after a lovely buffet dinner, and after the hostess and staff suddenly disappear, do the writers realize they’ve been deliberately trapped, and not only by their hostess but also by the inaccessible mountain and the arctic weather outside.Assuming they are victims of a prank, none of the authors takes their situation seriously, until one of them turns up missing. What follows is a night of accusation, where petty jealousies, rivalries, obsessions and addiction come to the surface as one of them , a plotting murderer among them waits to strike.
