Are your employees just showing up… or showing out?

Most businesses struggle with disengaged employees, high turnover, and cultures that don’t connect. The result? Lost productivity, wasted hiring costs, and stalled growth.

MESH shows you a better way. Built on the proven Employee Journey Framework, this book gives leaders a step-by-step roadmap to transform strangers into loyal superfans who believe in your mission and fuel your success.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:

•Build a culture where employees want to stay

•Align personal and corporate brands for deeper engagement

•Lead Gen Z and multigenerational teams with confidence

•Move people from Know to Like to Trust to Try to Buy to Repeat to Refer

•Create alignment between HR, marketing, and leadership so everyone rows in the same direction

Whether you lead a small team or a growing company, Mesh will help you:

•Stop the revolving door of turnover

•Unlock hidden performance in your team

•Create a workplace people rave about.

What I liked is the emphasis on trust, respect to your individual brand as well as “the brand”. The material and examples provided in the book enable the reader to create a worthwhile and productive roadmap for managing an individual or an entire team. I have managed individuals who are both older and younger than I. The challenges lie in where do we connect with an employee, OR, how do we connect when the path we have been on is indeed quite different from the people we manage. The book is quite helpful in providing clear guidelines to accomplish a strong meaningful working relationship while keeping true to our brand and the brand.

The timely subject drew me to this informative and worthwhile read
