Really enjoyed this! Instead of platitudes and the same ol' advice, the author discussed the whys, hows, even the whens about how to lower you cholesterol and become healthier! My favorite part was when the narrator was discussing exercise and sleep - both things that so many people don't realize are a key to maintaining health and increasing longevity. The specific foods discussed for lowering cholesterol was also extremely informative. Overall, loved this and highly recommend!!
