I’ve known Mike for well over a year as we have engaged his services through Tipping Point Recovery. He is SO insightful from the addicts & family’s perspective. His book is very helpful at helping you change your mindset and help you realize when you as a loved one are falling back into old patterns. I have read his book and now re-listening to the audio version (often specific chapters multiple times). To be honest I don’t believe any book will be the sole thing that is going to help a family member step out of the chaos. I do think Mikes book will introduce you to how he operates and hopefully motivate you to enlist his services through Tipping Point. When the family changes the dynamic for the addict’s relationship with the family changes. It may not cause your loved one to be sober but it will allow you sanity back to your own life.
