Really liked this book

I thought it was very witty and cute. It is just plain entertaining which is what I look for in a book, good characters and a funny plot that you can engage in.

Something Different

I really enjoyed this book and how different it was at least to me. It kept me listening and laughing. I would recommend it for a light, easy and fun read.

Fun listen

This book was well narrated. I really appreciate that. It was a fun premise and I loved finding out that it was based on a true story from the author's life.

This movie should be a move, hey Netflix!

Funny, light and irreverent in the best way. Melissa is a very good writer and this book is about finding the meaning of life: love!

Total waste of time

Worst possible chick lit, this was a waste of the two hours I spent listening to it. I didn't bother to hear any more drivel. Had this been a paper book I purchased I would have gladly set fire to the rubbish and been done with it.

What disappointed you about Love by the Book?

It was really ridiculous and unbelievable. The main character had very little self respect and it showed....trashy.

I LOVED the Narrator...the story was horrible but Jayne was awesome!
