Society has attempted (and failed at) reprogramming love in humans for thousands of years. While society hasn't been able to program people to love in the way "it" wants them to (as evidenced by high divorce rates) it has confused most of us humans and thrown us off from our innate understandings of love. This book will put you back in touch with what love is and how it naturally exists in humans from a biological perspective.

In an atmosphere of extreme political correctness, authors' genuine and educated perspective on love and relationships is a breath of fresh air. Curious to see reactions to this book, as no opinions are held back to avoid controversy. As a lifelong feminist idea of a single man polygamy is provocative... However, as a scientist, who studied human biology, psychology and physiology his arguments only make sense. And as a woman who is interested in alternative relationship styles and experienced many less than satisfactory monogamous relationships, I am intrigued.

Is this book for you? Probably not if you are uncomfortable with ideas that challenge the status quo. It is for anyone open minded enough to be exposed to a controversial perspective what relationships can be.. for people who desire an alternative to the obviously flawed social constructs of romantic relationships... or just simple curious about polygamy
