Dr Greene’s book alone is already a truly wonderful read that I would recommend not only to any leader hungry to see how to increase team productivity, but also for the team under them who want to be the best that they can be for their boss. Dr Greene’s delivery in this audio format makes you feel like you are sitting in your boss’s office and patiently listening as he explains important points that you can use later.
