Love In The Dark is book four of the Royal Crown Academy series. It can be read as a standalone novel, but for better understanding of the universe, it’s recommended that you start with the first three books in the series, Long Live The King, Pay For Your Lies, and I Was Always Yours.

This is a mature, new adult romance with a jealous and possessive hero, lots of angst and even more trigger warnings. It contains situations that some readers might find offensive.

Female lead is frustrating!

The lead female lacks accountability and is unforgiving towards the end. I dislike characters that always play the victim when they kept secrets while watching other do everything for them. I can’t even finish the story.

Just WOW!

Minus the dry narration this story was absolutely amazing. The way this couple came together was hot!

Needed actual voice actors

I wish there were at least 2 voice actors for Tristan and Neerah. Sometimes the AI voice couldn’t say certain words etc. Overall a great book though!

Sooo Good But

The book was actually very good and hard to stop listening to. If the book had actual voice narration it would be a book that I would listen to multiple times!

One of the best books I have read in a long time. I absolutely adore and love the story.
