Fun idea, poor execution
I like the general story idea, but the execution of it was lacking. Writing was repetitive, the characters were somewhat inconsistent and lacked growth, and the tension the characters were supposedly feeling didn’t reach the reader. The writing voice could use an expansion in vocabulary. Ironically the AI narration was the part of the audio book experience that I find lease fault with.
