Living and Leading Well is the second book in the Well Trilogy that also includes Starting Well, for younger emerging leaders, and Finishing Well, for older experienced leaders. The goals of this book include: 1. Providing an overview of the leadership “landscape” of mid-life so that you can anticipate challenges and opportunities in order to cooperate with God in his purposes. 2. Providing Biblical insight and opportunities to examine your spiritual formation foundation using the I Timothy 1: 5 Principle to evaluate potential “cracks” in your foundation that can lead to burnout, blowout, or plateauing. 3. Ministering to your inner life as well as provide information about life and leadership purpose through mid-life. 4. Providing Biblical and real life insights and examples for navigating the challenges and embracing the opportunities of mid-life growth and ministry as you prepare yourself to finish well in life and leadership. It is our desire that Living and Leading Well will be a blessing to you. Far too many leaders today are loosing their way in mid-life. This does not have to happen to you!
