Living Scared is an action adventure story about a Mexican-American turned DEA informant, Miguel Cervantes. Miguel makes connections to join a drug gang in Mexico. After being accepted and learning the drug trade, Miguel is quickly forced into killing a rival drug gang member. In retaliation, the rival gang sends their top hit man to execute Miguel. He survives, but realizes he now has bulls-eye on his back for the rest of his life. To get away from the action, he travels to Acapulco, Mexico where he falls in love with a beautiful wealthy Mexican woman. After a week of pure romantic bliss, he realizes there is another world that he desperately wants. Miguel now struggles with how he can leave the gang without losing his life.
