A business book that actually HELPS YOU!
With 100's of building successful business books, one could be reading or listening to this one should be on your shortlist. You won't be disappointed. Live It 2 Own It is a fantastic book that not only shares ownership successes and pitfalls but actually guides you through some exercises to make sure you are ready to take on being your own boss. The reality of needing to invest and care for your people really hit home. I am in my third listen-through.
Highly recommended!
