This starts off with the "Little Frieda" character from the "Jack Flanders" stories giving you some "cosmic oriented" life tips and personal stories, but most of it is some nice New Age music, suitable for meditation or just chillin' out. Not much story content, though.

Super Weird.
Definitely not my thing. I don't even know where I heard about this book. Creepy narration? Very reminiscent of what someone in the early 90s might call futiristic. Save your pennies.
