Excellent as always

I love they continue to use the same voice for the characters In this series. No matter how many books for this series they are all heart pounding and edge on your seat. This one did not disappoint however I would love to see Kim find a companion after all these years. Thanks for the enjoyable listen.

Kim Stone is as always uncompromising and confident. She always tirelessly pushes her team to do their best and to uncover the evil in the world. The world sleeps easier knowing Kim Stone is one of the good guys!

So Good As Always

I tried to put off starting this intriguing story because once I start, it’s all I can focus on until it is finished way too soon! As always, Jan Cramer is such a phenomenal narrator and her distinct voices with each character makes them simply come alive. It’s so fun to be back with the amazing people in Kim’s world. I always find humor in the dialogue, in spite of the serious crimes they are trying to solve. This book had some sad horrifying storylines, but the end is always so satisfying. The only downside is trying to be patient and wait for the next chapter in Kim’s world. I feel like I know so much now about the black country, even though I’ve never been lucky enough to experience that area, as I live in Tennessee.

Top Notch Kim Stone Story

Top notch detective story. Truly had me staying up way too late. Kim and her crew investigate corrupt police and the abductions of pre-teen boys. Great ride to the finish. Jan Cramer, the narrator, is fantastic at getting all of the emotions right. I wholeheartedly recommend.

A refreshing change

This book was a little different from some of the other others, but I enjoyed it very much. I really like Kim Stone and her character and I like her team. It was interesting to see her team working with another team. I don’t wanna ruin the storyline so I don’t I will not say more read the book. It will not disappoint you.

Always Amazing

I love quality writing. I rarely write reviews, but Ms. Marsons writes in a manner that compels me to share my thoughts. I have purchased way too many books on here. As a former English teacher and a current Clinical Trauma Therapist, quality writing is something with which I am familiar and appreciate. Her books hook the reader from the beginning and do not let go. Each character is well-developed, and the reader gets to know these characters and cares about them. Her writing style has such an easy flow to the style….. She, along with other amazing authors such as Karen Slaughter, Kristin Hannah, Robert Dugoni, etc…. make the art of writing fluid and beautiful. Because of this, I find it very difficult to find comparable books to read once I finish a novel by one of these fantastic authors. Thank you to Angela Marsons and to all quality writers who keep us enthralled.

Another fantastic book!

Like my headline says another fantastic and gripping story. Jan Cramer is a great narrator. I enjoyed this story from the beginning. The little twists were good as well.
