“I do.” Lilly spoke the two simple words at the wedding alter with a man 12 years older than herself. The man was not one of her choosing; life had conspired against her. Circumstances forced her to walk the narrow plank suspended over a bottomless pit; it was her father who pushed her off of it.

Women look at her with the eyes of mistrust; men look at her as a target and a prize that comes with a hidden pile of money. Lilly’s one true love stands on the sidelines awaiting fresh rediscovery, but the way back means working through her own hidden scars of marital abuse.

Lilly of the Mountains is a suspenseful romance involving the ingredients of mystery, the supernatural, and spiritual elements. It is an uplifting story of one woman’s courage and determination to start over. If Lilly of the Mountains played in the theaters; it would be rated PG.
