John Keller, a retired and aging CIA operative who cut his teeth during the cold war, is being asked to rescue a top defense expert kidnapped by the Chinese.

Even if he is willing to accept the risks, he has to tell his wife, who has no knowledge of his CIA career and won’t understand why he would risk everything for his country. John must also convince a crusty SEAL trainer that he is the best man for the job and still has what it takes.
