I judge a book by how eager I am to listen at every opportunity. That's exactly what I did with this book. I listened at every opportunity. The story was written with heart, and the narrators delivered it with heart.

I absolutely loved everything about this book… the narrators, the story line, the emotions just welled up inside of me!

Well Written & Well Narrated

This book had everything you would expect about a small town community, faith, sports, and family secrets. It was well thought out and wonderfully written. The narration is spot on! Characters portrayed have their own imperfections and mistakes from the past that they sometimes wrestle with. They all have one thing in common, their love and admiration for a young man, Gabriel.

Loved this storytelling that was written so beautifully.

Loved the way characters were such an important part of how this story grew and took you through each of their lives.

Unforgettable

This will be one of my top books that I recommend. Beautifully written. Truly wonderful.

Perfect read for the current climate…

Life & Death & Giants arrives at a moment when the world feels especially fragile. Uncertainty lingers in every corner, and divisions—political, cultural, and personal—often seem impossible to bridge. Yet this novel reminds us that connection does not require uniformity. We don’t have to share the same beliefs, backgrounds, or experiences in order to coexist meaningfully. Through its characters and storytelling, the book illustrates how empathy, respect, and curiosity can open doors where disagreement might otherwise close them. Both timely and timeless, Life & Death & Giants is a needed reflection on what we all crave; peace, love, understanding and belonging. Bravo Rindo!

Story, characters, and narration made for an incredible listening experience. The author makes a very improbable existence seem believable and inspiring.
