I got this for my 12-year-old, and honestly, I wish I’d had something like this growing up. It covers the stuff schools don’t really teach—how to stay organized, be more independent, and handle social situations without stress. My kid actually read it without me having to nag, which says a lot! They’ve already started using some of the tips, and I can see a boost in confidence.
