On March 13, 2016, I began an expository sermon series based on the Psalms. By the time I finish preaching them and writing the books, I will publish nine volumes. I desire that this, and all subsequent books, help you see yourself in the lives of the various psalmists as they share their ups and downs and what they did to glorify God in all things. My prayer is that what I’ve discovered will bless and expand the kingdom of God. The Psalms serve as a seamless link between the Law and the Prophets while pointing to the coming Messiah. They reveal the whole spectrum of emotions and how they affect a person’s life. As I began to explore the history connected to each Psalm, the depth of words and phrases, and all that makes up the contextual exposition, I knew I had discovered a treasure of truth. Join me on this journey as we explore God’s Word together.
