Outstanding and clear writing on delegation, goals and company structure

From time to time these gold nuggets show up, and this is one of them. I finished the book in 3 days listening carefully to every little detail. It’s so well written and has a small summary at the end of each chapter so you get it all internalized. Highly recommend this book.
