Resumen del Editor
Let Go of Obsessive Thoughts the Mindfulness Way encourages a change of perspective. You relax deeply, learn to pause for a while and observe your inner thoughts and feelings from a more detached point of view.
This change of focus helps you simply to notice unwanted, anxious thoughts and stressful feelings, acknowledge their presence, refuse to become involved with them and then gently let them go with your breathing. The regular practice of this strengthens this way of responding and helps create a mental and physical state of calm that allows you to take back control of day-to-day situations.
Research bears out that regular mindfulness practice results in less stress, less strain and less strident whirring of the mind and encourages more objectivity, more balance and more satisfaction in your life.
Lynda enhances the recording by adding hypnotic suggestions. These will strengthen the positive overall effect. Her gentle voice calms and reassures as she gives suggestions for calm and inner peace and drifting off to sleep.
As a clinical hypnotherapist of many years, Lynda has helped thousands of people worldwide through her CDs and downloads. She has been featured in the press, on TV and on radio and is the author of two widely acclaimed books on hypnotherapy with both children and adults. The recording uses state-of-the-art technology, with gentle music playing very quietly in the background as she speaks to you. Regular listening is the key to success!

Helpful
Great! Helpful for those ever intruding thoughts. It is a bit over 24 minutes of the narrator telling you in a few ways to basically let the thoughts go. Yet it doesn't feel overly repetitive. My only small complaint is towards the end with the vocal stressing of the word "or". And really that isn't enough of an issue to be troubling. So just buy it! Feel free to use different methods than she mentions. Instead of seeing the thoughts as clouds they can be leaves going down a stream or paper boats. Whatever helps!
