The second and final book in the Legenda series. Gift of Flight continues the story right after the end of Smuggler's Luck.After successfully escaping a trap where they were both experimented on, Jarron and Elyse enter Eal’tain space in order to learn more about her father. There they learn about her unusual powers and what they learn pushes them to decide to hide what she can do from others. Upon returning back to the Galactic Union they find that they are wanted as criminals due to mechanizations of the man who is pursuing them.They flee immediately and during their flight they discover that the man pursuing them is actually a man of significant power and influence. Using their own friends within the Kalan Empire they join a Kalan battle party attempting to strike back at the man at his base.Their pursuit finally leads to a showdown with the man who makes his move to gain galactic power. Jarron’s actions will lead to either defense of the Galactic Union or it’s downfall.
