Too broad and superficial

This book basically felt like a summary of what I could find in an internet search about all of these methodologies, tools, and lists things out, this is great for someone that has just started their career and knows practically nothing about project management and experience with SDLC, I expected these ten hours to teach me something new or spark some insights, the only things I've learned from this book is about the origin and practices of Six Sigma, but on a very superficial level.
