The Perfect Picture

A great deal of work has been done and written on the subject of leadership in the past and in contemporary times. In most of these works, leadership is perceived as a process rather than a technique or inert quality.

This capacity-building literature is designed to help church leaders develop leadership styles and attributes critical for success in the ministry.
