This book teaches you to enjoy every moment
Listening to this story, it is incredible to hear Lisa open up and feel her vulnerability throughout the book. I found myself feeling the exact emotions Lisa was expressing and sobbing because I can’t even begin to comprehend how she was able to stay so strong. If I could give her a hug, I would embrace her and tell her that Lauren’s vision: to spread love, energy and power by living Happy, Positive and Healthy has touched me to live this way and enjoy every moment in life.
