I liked the story and will read the next book in the series. The one thing that bothered was the fact the H decided to use sex to get his way.

Love the fact that both characters are head strong

Really liked the book, both characters were strong instead of the damsel in distress or lost in life I have seen in other books.

I liked this story for most of the book, with no concerns, but at the end, it felt like Ms. Sanders lost focus. I didn't understand why Cassie reacted so vehemently to Luke telling her about his plans. Her, and the rest of the businesses on the boardwalk, never had an issue with a hotel being built on the island, their issue was that Luke's father was trying to buy up the property that their businesses were already on. Additionally, Luke says that he has no idea how his father found out about the plans even though he very specifically sent out press releases to several media outlets "up and down the coast" to make his plans of building a hotel public as a means to cut the legs out from under his father. There were also several times when someone would bring up a point in conversation that would be like waving a red flag in front of any normal person, but the characters seems to be oddly oblivious.

Warning highly addictive series

Amazing first book! Cassey and Luke had me from page 1, and keep me wanting more all the way to the end. I was sad with the book came to an end.

Cassey and Luke had very different up brings. Cassey was raised in a foster home after being saved from her drug addicted mother. Luke was raised by a rich family that never had time for him, until his brother was killed. Both of them had a very sad childhoods. I just loved watching them both open up and letting each other in.

I cant wait for the next books! This book is very Sweet, a few sad parts, but just overall a great book!

This is second book I've listened to in this series and I loved it. The narrator has a great voice. Can't wait for the rest of them and especially to know what happened with her sister.
