Great book. Got some great tips and the extra downloads are already in my tenant playbook binder. It has motivated me to run my rentals as a business, set standards with my residents and place systems and models and stick with them.

From a newbie investor...

I don't understand the negative reviews. I guess if you're a bit thin skinned, then pass this book by. But, I'd also say you're likely a hypocrite, since I'd imagine you call your fellow humans the same or worse when driving on the highways or in a parking lot.

However, if you found this book wanting a lot of information on renting properties in one place AND you don't have time to search all over the internet and google for the same information to collate it all together and create your own system... then you might want to give this one a listen.

I found it's much better to learn from someone else's mistakes than to go through the expensive and painful process of my own.

If you want to learn from an expert read this book

I am a first time landlord, this was the perfect introduction to avoid pitfalls, litigation and common mistakes. This book is concise, no fluff, informative and entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed this quick read, I strongly recommend.
