Find out how the author went from an overweight, unfit businessman, to losing 30kgs, and becoming a fitter, healthier, full time runner in his mid 40s.
Inside you will find the lessons he learned as a beginner, including his top tips
See how by applying various physical, dietary, and mental changes, he went on to qualify for, and run, one of the most prestigious marathons in the world.
A short, to the point, 100 page read for people who are just starting out in running.
Ian shares from his own experiences (and mistakes), to give you an insight into how a regular middle aged ‘kiwi’ guy changed from a businessman, to a marathonman.
Ian Morgan is a 52 year old full time ultra runner, influencer, and traveler. Originally from New Zealand, he now spends his time living with his wife Fran González (who is also an ultra runner) in Spain and Chile.
Ian became a runner/ultra runner in his mid 40s, and has run races in more than 20 countries, on roads, in mountains, through jungles and deserts, ranging in distance from 10km up to 270km.
Constantly seeking out new challenges, and learning more about what is possible for the human body and mind in middle age and beyond.
