I used to think insurance was just something sold with nice words and fancy writing. I used to shake my head whenever someone mentioned the words “insurance”. I used to think: "If I have spare money, I'd rather donate it to charity!"
But then, time taught me a big lesson: there are things you can't wait until you believe in them to prepare. You have to prepare in advance… so that when the time comes, you won't regret it.

I am not writing this book to convince you to buy insurance, nor to paint a rosy picture of life with optimistic scenarios. I am writing simply to share – from the things I once didn't understand, to the things I understood too late.
You might be a young person who hasn't started a family. Someone busy making money. Someone who has heard too many negative things about insurance. Or simply, you are living comfortably and think you don't need that “distant protection”.

That's okay.
This book is for you.

We will look back together at seemingly simple things: risk, responsibility, choice, and even… peace of mind. Not through financial formulas, but through stories. Not through sales commissions, but through human reasons.
I am not writing as an expert. I am just writing as someone who once turned their back on insurance – and later, learned to bow down and thank it.
