Good for Beginners
I enjoyed this book for a beginner of Kundalini Yoga. I'm a teacher of Kundalini Yoga so it was very limited in its teachings. I noticed that the AI would read some of the words right and then pronounce it differently in another area. That really didn't matter much. I definitely don't want AI reading all my books though. Definitely okay for a beginner of Kundalini Yoga.

I like that this book was to the point, it was helpful. the virtual voice has a nice flow.
I'd like to be able to choose a virtual voice of my liking. I'd like an availability of tones and pitchess of voice.

In a word? Lacking.
I’d have been upset if I’d paid money for this. Don’t waste your time. A more detailed book will give all this information, but with more information to educate the reader. It’s not even enough here to be considered basic information.
