Keepsakes is a creepy novella conceived as an interlocking triptych of tales focusing on the collectors of evil items. But which came first - the evil or the item?
"Mood Ring" is the story of a young woman and her obsession with an ancient amber adornment that once belonged to Lizzie Borden. "Death-Sized" shows what happens when a little voodoo doll comes to life and has big, bad plans. "Misfortune Cookie" takes a bite out of a certain dental assistant whose fascination with collecting baby teeth leads him to dark, mysterious places.

Where does Keepsakes rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This ranks highly, and I liked the diversity of readers and material. What was one of the most memorable moments of Keepsakes?
The ending of the third story, "Misfortune Cookie," was a real hoot, like something out of a Tales from the Darkside episode.Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
The narrators were good, especially the first, Sincera Alexander with his smooth, sultry voice. It lent well to the sexy storyline. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It's a nice, short audiobook, so yes, I did listen to it all the way through.Any additional comments?
Three fun & spooky tales, sexy and humorous. Wilson displays impressive diversity in her writing styles. First we get a smooth-talking seducer's first person narrative, then fun dialogue in the almost screenplay-like middle story, and finally a whimsical blend of sci fi and fantasy for the third. The creepy factor builds and builds in each tale, and they're each a fun romp.Spooky, sexy & pulpy, a fun time

Would you listen to Keepsakes again? Why?
Imagine an Amicus anthology of stories for the ear and that's what you have here. Three creepy tales to listen to with the lights out. The first is a tale of a piece of jewelry with a mind of its own; the second is a modern tale of voodoo that plays out in almost real time; the third is a twisted tale of a warped tooth fairy that I won't be playing for my kids! Will listen again! What was one of the most memorable moments of Keepsakes?
Imagine being stalked by a demented and determined voodoo doll! What about the narrators’s performance did you like?
Each tale has a different narrator. All were excellent. I assume they're all actors, as each did much more than just read. Very well done.If you could take any character from Keepsakes out to dinner, who would it be and why?
That would be Cora from the second story. I would keep my eye open for any stray voodoo dolls, though.Any additional comments?
Highly recommended!Amicus for the ears!
