Cara Hodges receives a letter from a woman claiming to be her husband’s lover. She could have ignored the note, but since it was the third time that he’d cheated, she couldn’t let it go. For her it was his third strike. After thinking about this development overnight, Cara decides to walk away from her life in Spokane, Washington and ends up in Laramie, Wyoming.
