Entertaining!

I thought that this book was an excellent way to get acquainted with the ideas of Kabbalah and how and why to put them into action in my life. I appreciated the author's stories and his approach of presenting this material with humor and creativity. It is definitely a unique book. In between and through the many vignettes, there is much wisdom. I find it uplifting and enlightening and I highly recommend it as a supplement to other books about Kabbalah.

David makes it easy to understand.

Kept my attention throughout the whole book and I have listened and read many books. This is by far one of my favourite books.

Yes, this book is life changing. Once you understand how Kabbalah works, it leaves you with another way of looking at yourself, others and life in general.

Thought provoking & Insightful

Excellent audiobook. Narrator is fantastic. Beautiful, uplifting spiritual messages with some good natured humor as well. Highly recommend.

Easy to access and very interesting

David brings here some interpretations of the world, the faith and life which are very original and logic. I like who funny he is, bringing stories from his kids to explain his concept and how he dares revealing question we might have against the faith in an direct and clear way. I will advise anyone to listen to it

surprisingly grounded

I accidentally stumbled upon this and man the way he words things simply definitely made these deep concepts I've learned thriygh the years more relatable.

This simple but it’s a good book I hope that he will do a more advanced book!

Don't Waste Your Time

I was expecting a learning experience to help me understand Kabbalah. What I found in this audiobook was mostly the author's reminiscences of the cute things his kids did and said, fundraising experiences and his views on plastic surgery and similiar nonsense like that. When the author finaly got to teaching, he would inevitably lapse into some story or rememberence that distracted from the initial message he originally began. It was almost as if Kabbalah was an after thought. Too much fluff and fill, not nearly enough content. I found my mind wandering as I attempted to wait through his life stories that did not seem to add worth to the content. This is one of the few sources of Kabbalah learnings that frustrated and discouraged me. I've never written a review in my life. I'm deeply disappointed and will delete this book from my library.

this could help you deepen your spirituality. but the content of this audio book does not meet the expectation set by the title. not easy as a beginner, feels like rabbi likes to hear his unnecessary anecdotes more than anything
