A SAS trooper’s holiday back to his home in northern Nigeria goes horribly wrong when he helps to save a young woman from Boko Haram. Caught in a web of corrupt politics, arms dealers, and the brutal terrorist organisation itself, he must make choices that are alien to him and leave his oppo to fend for himself.
In England, a new CO for 22 SAS Regiment means that Alex Green has problems of his own back in the Hereford HQ. Somehow he must find a way through the labyrinth of lies and deceit, get his troops back from a hostile land, and decide if it is finally time to bow out of military life.
In the end he must fight the enemy within, as well as the deadly forces of evil that call themselves Boko Haram.
