Nick and Tim, who had spent a very unique and unusual summer last year have just completed another year at University, and have made plans to stay at Nick’s Uncle’s house again for the summer. This year, his Uncle is going to pay them both for painting the outside of the house. What they don’t know yet is that they will have company. The Uncle has purchased some prize horses and is boarding them in his stables. A very capable Justin was hired as the property manager and will be tending to the horses, and will be living in the loft bunk house above the stables with Nick and Tim. Justin is all cowboy. He has been working with horses and cattle for different ranchers since he moved away from this town fifteen years ago. He had won two national Pro Rodeo championships and logged countless miles herding cattle. Nick’s Uncle also told the boys that a housekeeper and a chef were also hired to take care of the house and tend to the three boys for the summer. But Justin needs help as the Old Manor expands into a farm. Surprise! Justin hires a trusted friend, another cowboy, to help with tending to the farm. Boy oh boy, this will be a hot summer to remember. But for Justin, there’s a not-so-little surprise when he reunites with his first girlfriend, Amanda. Will this Old Manor allow such excitement?
