D. Randall Blythe is a wonderful human being. This is shown in his writing and perspectives. This book was right on time. As a metalhead in recovery and someone who has lost his father to cancer last year. This book's perspectives on life and death are right there with what I have learned. So it is great to hear someone articulate it in a way that might help others. Good on you Randy✊🏾🤘🏾

There's nothing to dislike about this book, whether reading or listening, it's captivating! I recommend reading the book as the audio book is playing, in this way you can hear the emotion and feel Randy is attempting to convey!

Grand Buffet of Self Help

Amazing. This is not a musician's book airing out dirty laundry. It's not really even about war stories. It flows like a self-help book mixed in with an AA meeting. Really appreciate how down to earth Randall seems to be. Such a strong start and a very decent mid-section. The last chapter or two went over my head but that is me and not a reflection on the author or the writing. This was worth the investment.
P.S. I really hate the word and usage of 'unprecedented' too.

This book is a great tool to help you put your thoughts into perspective and inspire you to rewire yourself to be the best version of yourself. Randy’s first book was a joy to read, and this title is just the same. Thank you Randy.

Absolutely amazing

All around a WONDERFUL book!!!!! I loved every single word!!!! Beautiful heartfelt stories of his life and I was able to feel connected in some way with my thoughts as well.
